Accommodative Esotropia

Accommodative Esotropia is what the doctor said you have, K.

The short version of it is that your right eye involuntary crosses now and then.

(Your eyes are simply trying to focus.)

We first noticed it a month or two ago – so mom took you to the ophthalmologist and you got glasses a few weeks later.

I am glad to say that you have taken to wearing them like a duck to water!

Of course, you broke our little parent hearts when mom complimented you on how well you were doing with your new glasses.

You told mom:

I can’t really see good without them.

It makes me sad to think how long everything might have been blurry for you. 😢

And you are absolutely adorable and beautiful in your glasses!

I love you.
