T, you took the longest nap today on my chest.
It was special because – well – you just don’t do it often.
Last child and all, mom is often reluctant to give you up.
When I do get you, mom is needing a second to go and do something, and you are often not happy about it (I’m not the mama).
But today, somehow, you hung out squirming around on my chest, awake and happy as can be.
After awhile, you fell asleep and we all watched Moana together int he living room.
Today we also went on a long walk, sat outside for a bit, got a perscription from Walgreens, and drove thru the church breezeway to get Lord’s supper to-go packets, coronavirus style.
I am trying so hard to cherish these little moments before they are soon gone.
Happy Good Friday.
I love you.
