Taking long coronavirus walks has been the the most grounding thing we have done the last few weeks.
And I have enjoyed it immensely.
Usually we do a two mile walk. We have a shorter version too that’s half that.
The important part is getting out of the house. Tonight, for example, we were pressed for time and just walked around the block.
Being stuck in the house all day makes the getting outside, and moving about in the fresh air, cathartic.
For a nice and easy stroll can be a perfect antidote to cabin fever…
I hope we take more and more walks together as a family as the years go by.
And I hope you remember them forever.
I love you.
