Holding Hands

Holding Hands

Hold hands with your child for as long as they will let you.

The time will be gone so fast.

H, we held hands and watched Tangled in bed a few days ago.

The next day we did the same thing sitting on the couch while watching Rio.

It was the best day of my life – two days in a row.

I can wait for a million more best days with you.

And if you are 6, 14, 18, 22, 30, 40 , or 50 you can hold my hand again anytime.

I love you.

Writing Online

Writing Online

I hope you are extremely careful about what you do and say online.

It will not go away.

On the internet, you write, and post pictures, in ink.

Think about what you post, and who it might impact.

Please be so careful.

I love you.

Forgive Me

Forgive Me

Learn to say. “I’m sorry.”

This might be a hard one if you know for a fact that you are right about 99.9% of the time – like your dad.

Ha!

Seriously though – being contrite can heal a lot of wounds, whether you were in the right or not…

I am so sorry for all the times I was mad, mean, or harsh with you when I shouldn’t have been. Please forgive me.

You are perfect.

1 John 1:19:
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I love you.
