Verse: Revelation 19:1-16

1. The “Hallelujah Chorus” (Vss 1-6)

· Praise him for salvation offered. (Jn 3:16)

· Praise him for justice given. (2 Thess 1:8-10)

2. “Wedding” day! (7-9)

· Our “wedding clothes” – those who’ve trusted Christ are 100% holy and  righteous. (2 Cor 5:21)

· Cursed forever are those who are uninvited. (Heb 10:31)

3. We shall see Jesus (11-16)

· The lion roars. (Hosea 11:10)

· We’ll be riding with him. (also Rev 17:14)

4. The now and not yet.

· We live between “It is finished!” and “It is done!” (Jn 19:30; Rev 16:17)

· “Christ’s Cross and resurrection spelled satan’s doom. Christ’s second coming will seal it.” (1 Cor 15:26)
