T, you have completely mastered the word this
.
I pick you up and walk through the house holding you and you will say the word a dozen times before I can sit you down.
And you say it as a substitute for whatever you need or think and have a thousand little tines and inflections you add to get across your intent.
It can be:
Look at this.
I want that.
What is this?
Take me closer.
Let’s go in there.
Give me another bit, please.
My favorite is when you say the word like a question with a big inflection at the end:
This?
You repeat it over and over it just like K said dog at the same age.
You are wonderful.
You should know that mom calls you her dreamy little unicorn…
I love you.
